Chemistry; I’m planning on being a Cardiologist. @ellesea

John Hopkins??? Washington State University at St.Louis???

Well, you will be rejected by both of those if you refer to them as that in your essays.

In all seriousness, you really need to edit your list. Not that one is better than the other, but Hanover, NH and Morningside Heights, NY have 2 totally different vibes.

You look really solid.
To be honest, if your confidence in your writing skills is not unfounded, I see no reason for you to not get into good schools. I would say most are low reaches with a very solid chance, with the exception of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, UChicago, and Columbia, which are reaches.

RE: “the national academy of future physicians and medical scientists award.”

See this CC thread below, which essentially debunks this as a pay-for-play scheme, no different than any other trumped-up award. I hope you did not cite this in your applications, as it speaks to both the wealth (to afford the pay-for-play) and the gullibility of the applicant.

Yeah, just apply wherever you want with the expectation that the Ivies (except Cornell), Stanford, and UChicago are reaches. You definitely have noticeably better chances than the average applicant, though.
