So I’m currently a sophomore with only 2 AP classes: Chem and European History. I’m doing fine in Euro, but I got a B first semester of chem and am currently getting a C in the second semester. I’m taking 4 APs next year (French, English, Calculus AB and Biology). If I do well in those, do I still have a chance of getting into UCLA or did that C mess me up?
Getting a C is definitly not good, but if you do much better in the next year and show improvement then there will be possibility!

Aim for at least the averages in GPA and Test scores. Getting into a UC is just not stats but your essays and EC’s also so do spend time in perfecting these areas also.
Too soon to chance you since you are a Sophomore. Come back end of Junior year with all your Stats and calculate your UC GPA. One C will not get you rejected.
