that’s great. Where are the fireworks and jubilations?

Hello. I read some of your posts when you were applying to colleges and then when you got into UCSB. I am currently a junior in high school and wondered what you think my chances are of getting into UCSB. I had a 4.0 GPA in 10th grade and currently have a 4.166 in my junior year. I am only taking one honors class (PreCalc Honors) which gives me the higher GPA. Next year I will have 2 AP classes. My SAT scores are sort of low, but they are PSAT, I take the SAT in March. I plan to retake a few more times if needed. They are 1660, 490 critical reading, 590 writing and 580 math. UCSB is my first choice, but I plan to apply to Cal Poly, Loyola, Chapman, UCLA, UCI and San Diego State. I am a California resident, hispanic and neither parent attended college. What do you think so far?

I just posted a visitor message on you Lisa, sorry I didn’t reply earlier. -___-

In case any of you are curious . . .I am a UCSB student right now. . .and having fun. Might blog about college life in UCSB. lol
