hi
i came to the united states in my junior year and my english is not that much good to get a high score on SAT reading , please chance me for all UCs and UMD

GPA : 3.87

sat math2: 780
physics: 690

I have good ec's

i wanted to know if uc's connsider my reading score since i have been here in the us just for a year

i have mentioned in my essay that i’ve been here for just a year. but the problem is i’m OOS so i don’t know if in this budget crisis this is a good thig or not???

if ur out of state, ur gonna have a hard time with UCs, even with the budget crisis
maybe UCM, UCR, UCSC, but u mite have trouble with UCSB, UCD, UCI, and UCSD, UCLA, and UCB are near impossible…esp the latter 2

UMD- ur gpa will cut it but not ur scores
altho they may give u a break since u just moved to the states

but when i look at UCI or UCD profile i don’t think i’m that much off. actually my math score is in top 25% and my writing also.
is this just because i’m oos?
