Chance for UCs?

<p>Hello, my friend was wondering what his chances would be like should he apply to any University of California school (mainly Berkeley, LA, Davis, San Diego, Santa Barbara); in addition to Orange County College. Thanks for reading this; here are his stats :</p>

<p>Academics:</p>

<p>SAT I 1930 (R: 600; Maths : 720 W: 610), retaking in October
ACT: Pending
Rank : 2nd in 10th grade, 3rd in 11th grade, 1st senior year
UWGPA : 3.71
APs: AP Calc AB score : 3</p>

<p>French DELF certificate</p>

<p>Hardest possible course rigor</p>

<p>Planning to take:
5 APs
SAT II : Maths, Physics, Bio</p>

<p>Academic Awards :
Honor Roll</p>

<p>ECs:
- LAU MUN Diplomacy Award
- Chosen for MUN World Conference in NY
- World MUN Conference Position Paper award
- Globally ranked Tang Soo Do Champion
- World certified black-belt and instructor (karate)
- Started own charity helping around 100 underprivileged families
- MUN club
- Worked in a hospital
- 4 years of special training with special needs students
- Oxford Royale Academy summer program
- Head Deputy of Student Life departments at school
- Lots of community service hours</p>

California resident. Father was a student at Orange County College. </p>
