Chance for UCs?

Hi guys, posting for the first time. I was just wondering what my chances for UCs are, specifically Berkeley and LA. I am currently a junior at a very rigorous school and live in California. Here are some statistics about me:

GPA (10-11)
Weighted:4.35
Unweighted: 3.83

UC GPA: 4.17

AP Scores:
AP European History-5
AP Biology-4
AP Statistics-5
AP US History-5

SAT: Math 740, Reading 750, Writing 780 Composite:2270

Subject Tests: Have not taken any, but planning to take Math II and Physics

Extracurricular:
Kaiser Permanente Volunteer
Internship at Penn State Medicine
Volleyball for 2 years
Played Guitar at Reeder's Music Academy
Directed and wrote own short Film and about to be sent to film festivals
Blood Ambassador at local Blood Drive
DECA business delegate
CSF Volunteering-1 year
Red Cross LDC delegate (CPR/First-aid certified)

Note: My problem isn't much with test scores or weighted GPA, my main worry is the unweighted GPA that is hurting me pretty badly any suggestions or comments?

Thanks have a great day.

UC’s will look @ your unweighted UC GPA and weighted UC GPA. For you, those values are 3.83 and 4.17 respectively. I’m not going to lie, that’s quite low for those schools (they place A LOT of emphasis on GPA).

Some of your activities are good, but for the most part are just eh. For example, “blood ambassador at local blood drive”. What did that entail? Just from the title, it doesn’t even sound like something you’d put on your application. Your other activities are relatively scattered, but I do see sort of a trend in medicine? So, that’s cool.

Overall, UCLA and UCB and probably going to be low reaches for you because of your GPA.

You seem solid! Continuing working on raising your GPA and maintain a few ECs in one area. ^^^ Is right. They are pretty scattered. Since you are in state, Id say that both LA and Berkeley are high matches

Oh, thank you guys! I feel so relieved that I finally got some answers, I was very confused at the moment.
Other than essays, which I don’t know if they are a big part, are there any more things I could do academically that can maybe let Berkeley or LA overlook my GPA? My unweighted overall is close to a 3.88 if you take in account freshmen year.

@noel597‌ The UC GPA for UCLA is a 4.2 so I didn’t think I was that far off.

@SugarBubbleTea‌ Thanks for the advice, I was trying to do many ECs at once, but now I understand that it helps to focus in one area.

Average admit UCLA GPA was a 4.39…

<a href=“UC Freshmen Admissions Calculator – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/uc-undergraduate-admissions-calculator/

I wouldn’t completely rely on this, but it helps

@BBTWD1885‌
I used rogerhub a couple times and I end up with having a good shot to be accepted, that and Cappex both state that I have a decent shot at LA and Berkeley, but you are right I wouldn’t completely rely on them.

@noel597‌ I think there was a misunderstanding, my capped UC gpa is 4.17 while UCLA’s is 4.2. UCLA’s freshmen profile does state that the 10-11 gpa is 4.39 but I have a 4.35 gpa then, so I think my SAT might make up for it?

How is your UC capped gpa a 4.17 with that UW GPA? How many B’s have you gotten between 10th and 11th
