Hi guys. Here are my mediocre academic stats:

GPA: 3.33
HPA: 3.5
SAT: 1800
ACT: 25

EC:

  • Over 500 community service hours (Local hospital and “helping hands”)
  • Clubs: (Red Cross, Debate team, History club)
  • Science National Honor Soceity
  • Science Olympiad
  • Certified in Adobe Dreamweaver

It’s probably a stretch for the first two schools but I’m pretty confident for UCF…

Who knows.

I don’t think you’re a stretch at all for FSU or UCF. Middle 50% at FSU have 1760-1930, so you’re a match. You’re well above criteria for UCF.
However, I’m afraid your right about UF. Admissions have become more competitive over the years. You’re probably bottom 25%, so not completely out of the running but definitely a reach. I would try and raise the ACT a bit as it is a tad lower than the SAT.

I think FSU is a little of a stretch or right on par. I think UF is a big stretch, but i think you’re above whats needed for UCF.
