<p>White Male and resident of Georgia
I got deferred from EA and want to know if I still have a chance for UGA.
My intended major is computer science.
GPA 3.7, but it should go up by the end of this year
When I applied I had a 25 ACT composite, but now have a 26 composite with 28 English and 26 Math(Are they not the scores that really matter?), Super-scored a 28 English 26 Math 26 Science 29 Reading
At least now I can highlight my EC's
Intern for my counties IT department 11th grade
Now an IT intern at Ga Power, I have created and maintained their intranet website
I am secretary for the student council
I have done a little volunteer with at risk children, but nothing substantial.
I won gold in regionals in computer maintenance and went to state.</p>

<p>Any advice would help and also, what about Mercer University.</p>

<p>UGA is a high match. Try getting your ACT score to about a 28 and you’re fine.</p>

<p>Have taken the SAT? If not I would try it, some people do better on one than the other. Also did you take any AP classes? If you did you should send those scores in.</p>
