Chance for UIUC in-state CS+X; other better fitting schools?

Hello, I am a rising senior in Illinois. I know that the UIUC CS program is notoriously difficult to get into, but I was wondering if the acceptance rate is higher for an in-state student like me? I would be applying for the CS+X program, and since I am very passionate about geography and languages, I would either be applying for CS+Geography or CS+Linguistics.

Weighted GPA: 4.625, Unweighted: 3.95, SAT: 1540
APs: 5s on CSA, AB Calc, BC Calc, Human Geography, Spanish, French, and APES, 4s on Lang and APUSH

I have Gold Medals in the National Spanish Exam as well as the National French Contest; I am also somewhat proficient in 7 other languages.
I had moderate success in geography bees, but have more success as a geography tutor and in geography quiz bowl.
I am also a member of my high school’s water polo team, if that matters.

If anyone could explain to me my chances, that would be very much appreciated. Also, if I don’t have a good chance of being accepted, if any can think of some other schools that fit me, that would also be appreciated.

Your stats seem excellent, and being in-state does help you. UIUC gives the highest consideration to rigor and grades, but ECs are “important”. Having some CS-related ECs would help your application be highly competitive. You may already have them, but you didn’t list any in your post.
