Have a couple of teachers that could write me great recomendations since I've had them for a while, and I really enjoy the subjects they teach, so they know I really pay attention and try to learn the subject in greater depth (Bio/Really Any Science and Math)
National Honor Society
Going into 4 years of Cross Country and Track
Volunteer at Local YMCA to help tennis coaches (helping instruct, collect balls, demenstrations, etc)
Help Tutor Young kids at local church Chinese on Friday nights during the school year
Volunteer at local races
Help out at my parents restaurant (probably not a noteworthy EC)

Really nervous cause I feel that ACT score is gonna be my main downfall and that besides sports, I really don't have that many EC's...
Also, if possible, could you guys also chance me for UChicago, Northwestern, Duke, and Johns Hopkins? I also applied to some Yale and Stanford because my parents think I still have a shot, but honestly, I'll probably get rejected.

You should be a match for LSA because of in state.
All the other schools you mentioned are reaches as your ACT is rather low for them.
