<p>chances at getting accepted ED to CAS?</p>

<p>GPA: 3.98/4.65 UW
Class Rank: N/A, about 3 percentile
SAT I: 2160 (Math 800, Writing 700, CR 660) Yak...
SAT II: Math II - 800, Physics 800, US History 800
ACT: 35 (English 33, Math 35, Reading 35, Science 36, writing 10), took twice, both 35
AP: all 5 (Lang and Comp , Cal BC/AB, Bio, Euro History, US History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Physics, Chinese)
APs for Senior year: Chemstry, Physics C, English Literature, Statistics, US Government
other classes for senior year: Computer </p>

- AP National Scholar :(</p>

<p>ECs:
- Gloable Event Club (founder and president)
- Militatry History Club
- Student Concil
-National Honors Society </p>

<p>Community Service: more than 300 hours volunteering hours, a lot of experiences</p>

<p>Really need to work on EC. Doesn’t matter how good stats are, I don’t see that WOW factor.</p>

<p>Strong scores as necessary, but what does your son do besides school/school clubs? Something needs to stand out that atleast shows he’s dedicated/talented in multiple fields.

<p>EC, Wrestling team, volunteering at hospital, volunteering at social service not really much
strength and concentration----to help people. I don’t know if that is really something you can say. </p>

<p>Good stats around, be careful to avoid generic sounding essays though. Have him write about something a little nonconventional that may not directly relate to his EC’s.</p>
