I’m a current sophomore at UW, and I have a few friends who are in the Honors track. Admissions will most likely look at your GPA, and the classes you have taken compared to the classes offered, and what grade you received. Basically if you have a lower than average GPA, hopefully you’ve taken harder classes that would reflect that lower grade.

The SATs are important and it looks like you scored pretty high on it so that is definitely a plus for you, but I have heard that they are placing less of an importance on standardized tests.

I would take a risk and say that your essays and teacher recs are the most important part of your application–these can be deciding factors for a decision. Make sure that the teacher(s) you ask to write your rec know you well as a student and as a person. And as for the personal statement, write from the heart and not what you think admissions counselors want to hear. You want your essay to stand out and be memorable.

Good luck!
