Chance for UW-Madison (new test score.) Will chance back.

I think you have a very good shot at it and I would be very surprised if you do not get accepted, especially with your new test scores!!

If you are in state you are in. However if you’re out of state make sure you convey to them your “diversity”. That’s a buzzword for them (if they don’t see it they tend to postpone applicants and request first term grades)

Best of luck! I applied there as well so hopefully we’re in.

Your chances look really good…
chance me back http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1708526-chance-me-for-cornell-mit.html#latest

Strong academics and great extracurriculars! It would be a mistake if they didn’t admit you!

You have a good shot of getting in because of your solid SAT, upward trend, and ethnicity

You’ll definitely get in to wherever you want with those stats! Good luck.

@bboy219 I would also give you a high match for this college

Your chances seem pretty good, I’d be surprised if you got denied. Thanks for chancing me!

bump

I think its a low match/safety for you

First of all, thank you for chancing me! You have great chances of getting accepted, but once again, it is sort of unpredictable because UW Madison is a pretty good college. Apply to some other places, just like the others suggested, just in case something goes wrong. Overall, I would be willing to say that you are a match/high match for this place.

I’d say you’re in no doubt! Would be very surprised otherwise!
Chance back?

I think we are in the same situation for this school. As much as Wisconsin tries to deny it- they are desperate for diversity. It makes sense as they’re located in the middle of the midwest where diversity tends to lack!

Just wondering- Did you send them anything about your outstanding participant award? I got the same thing and I wasn’t sure if colleges are just notified about it so I haven’t sent any school additional information

High match or match you will get in :)

Chancing back :)

You’re probably in. Good upward trend, URM…
SAT could use some work but definitely within range

Are you instate?

I think you’re very likely to get accepted (like 70%+)

Test scores are on point. Gpa a little below avg. but you will probably get in

@outofstategirl‌ I did not send them any information regarding my award. The letter came as a surprise. However, I did send them an email thanking them for the letter. From what I understand, around 1,500 schools receive a list with the names of the Outstanding Participants. And I agree with you about the diversity in the Midwest!

Low match :)

Def apply to other schools but youre in to Madison

You should apply to other schools, but I think you are good!
