Chance for UW-Madison, UIUC, UMN-TC, UT-Austin

Hi there, I'm a soon to be senior from a mediocre/below average public school in Illinois. I am planning on majoring in ChemE and was wondering what my chances would be at the schools listed in the title, specifically for my intended major.

UW GPA: 3.8
ACT: 32... twice(30 on science once, 31 on science another time. 31s for math both times)
Class Rank: Top 5%

My only AP so far was APUSH, however it was the only one offered. I have taken the most rigorous schedule possible at my school, including next year (3 AP classes).

ECs are only average, but for these schools I don't think it would matter that much.

1 year golf (sophomore year)
2 years varsity cross country (junior and senior year)
4 years ski club, secretary
4 years Spanish club, VP
Actively involved in a local food bank charity

Also, if you know anything about the scholarships offered at these schools, I'd love to know what my chances might be for those as well.

Match for all.
Your ACT score is probably not high enough for merit scholarship though. Did you take PSAT? If you are NMF and name UMN as top choice, you are eligible for a $10k scholarship.

Thank you for the quick reply.

I did take the PSAT, but was not a NMF unfortunately.

Any other opinions…?
