Vanderbilt: Reach
NWU: Reach

What are your matches/safeties? And your username indicates that you are also applying to the service academies, which are reaches, too.

I am also applying to Villanova, Georgia Tech, Northeastern, SUNY Binghamton, Bucknell and Fordham

Your academics are on par for all of those universities. However, I think you should know that many of your schools have holistic admissions - meaning that grades alone (even if they are relatively high in your case) won’t guarantee acceptance. Also, your school may be unique in its course offering, but schools still look for class rigor (more so than actual grades in some cases), so you’d probably need to explain this unique situation. If these schools use regional admissions representatives, they’ll know your area and school and you should be in fine shape. Overall, you are a strong candidate who will have options to choose from this spring. So, here are my two cents:

Vanderbilt: Low Reach
Northwestern: Reach
Villanova: Match
Georgia Tech: High Match
Northeastern: High Match / Low Reach
SUNY Binghamton: Match
Bucknell: Match
Fordham: Low Match

Good luck to you and chance me back if you have the time! Thanks and take care!

Thanks SurpriseElephant! Great answer and very informative. I appreciate the time you took to answer. Have a good one.

They’re both reaches unfortunately. Nothing in your application stands out. Make sure to apply to safeties just in case
