Chance for Wharton UG!

<p>Junior at a high school on Long Island consistently ranked top 50 in the country</p>

<p>I'm set on business school and my first choice was Emory Goizueta but then I visited Wharton...and yeah it was love at first sight</p>

<p>So here's me:
93 GPA unweighted (school doesn't weight)
2100 SAT March
680 CR
710 M
710 W
Retaking in October to hit 700 R and 750+ on M and W
Taking June ACT
10 APs: Physics B, Calc BC, Micro & Macro Econ, English Lit & Language, Environmental, US, Psych
11 Honors classes
Full schedule all 4 years</p>

<p>Extra c's:
Science Research (3rd place at psych fairs). Also going to BU this summer for psych-business research
DECA President (Business club) and went to Nationals sophomore and junior year, VP Junior year, President senior year
Treasurer of middle school tutoring club
Student Goverment student curriculum rep
Model congress (won 2nd place at penn 2013)
Class planning secretary (organized prom, homecoming, etc.)
Dual-enrolled at penn state and got an A- in meteorology and I did a sports marketing internship through the Pittsburgh pirates which was a great experience
Also two varisity sports (coach's award (the coach's favorite player based on effort and cooperation), orchestra, obv community service (New Orleans and Staten Island), and VP of a Jewish youth group</p>

<p>Essays should be good...I'm a good creative writer and I already started brainstorming the new common app essays</p>

<p>Teacher recs should be great...precalc and AP English teacher...acing both classes and I participate a ton, add to discussion, come afterschool to ask questions, go ahead in class with teacher one-on-one and both really like me...I'm also really close with my guidance counselor so he'll write me a solid one too</p>

<p>No hooks :( I'm the typical white jewish boy from long island...but my uncle went to Penn Law idk if that counts as legacy...lol</p>
