<p>You have a very good chance of getting in! UVA is always emphasizing their need to diversify their study body and place a high weight on attracting more black people in particular to attend ( they always send me mail to go to their multicultural open houses and I’m black too.) In fact, they claim to have the highest success rate for black students in the country or something along those lines. Of course you being African American won’t be the only thing that will help you get in but being an in - state student and a legacy kid will also help you a lot. Good luck! =)</p>
