Hey congrats on the wonderful acceptances! With your current results I think you should feel really relieved and proud of yourself. Personally I think the ivies will all be reaches for you, and tufts will be a match/high match. You have decent academic (sub-par for ivies) but you have some great EC’s.

pretty surprised you got into bowdoin. not in the top 10%; test scores are spotty; your from new england, which is traditionally a very tough region. you lucked out with that one, although from your other posts it sounds like you tend not to think of it that way. tufts maybe, but the ivies are very, very test oriented. the only ivy i could conceivably see looking past your test record is brown, but you didn’t apply there. your APs, i think, kill you in this process. again, it’s really really excellent news you got into the schools above. i know in the face of both acceptances and rejections, there’s the tendency to feel as if the schools that accepted you just aren’t as good as the schools that reject you. in some cases that will be true, especially with your list. but take bowdoin for instance: there are almost 5000 applicants who would love to be in your position, some with far stronger credentials than yours.

i say congratulations! celebrate! as for the remaining schools, if you get in, great. if not, well, one should never expect it.

you’re* (edit above).

I wouldn’t hold your breath, but props on your great acceptances! Let us know what happens.
