<p>your stats seem right in line</p>

<p>however, it is likely that everyone who applies there will have similar stats, so it may be a crapshoot.</p>

<p>what I mean by this is that my brother’s kid got into Cornell, but got waitlisted at Syracuse, so there is often no rhyme or reason to the process.</p>

<p>Are you applying ED (They accept about 1/2 their class early). You look like a solid applicant if you apply ED, and maybe a slight reach if you apply RD.</p>

<p>Your SATs are pretty good, if you can raise them thats obviously better but you are in the mid-range at the moment. ECs look pretty cool too, so that should help boost your application</p>

<p>I would think you are a high match for John Hopkins. You could probably do some more extracurriculars and improve your SATs a little bit, but you should be okay, moreso if you go ED.</p>
