Check with your local elementary schools. Can you put on a program during an assembly, or something during their afterschool program. Talk to churches. Can you do something for vacation Bible school? What about local community centers? It does not need to be grand, but just continuing and local I think.

I would urge you to consider what it is you want to do the most after you graduate. If you want to do research related to Astrophysics or Physics it will almost certainly involve grad school. Working in either area will require a significant amount of CS. However, with a CS major you will have many other choices.
Don’t dismiss the safeties. U of A is a better place for doing hands-on optical astronomy than the East Coast. Penn State and UW are also very good for other reasons. If you just want to do theory, you can do that anywhere.
The number of hours that you will spend working late as an UG at Princeton or Caltech would be very similar. The cultures are really not that different within STEM.
