Please elaborate reddagger. What does reachable mean? Is this a match school for me? I did some research and found my scores fit neatly with this school.

I think you have a decent to fairly good chance, but if you could bolster you EC’s, eagle scout is awesome and will help a lot, but maybe take a leadership position in a club before app deadline-- I think that would help a lot. Sometimes when you fall nicely in the mid 50% its still a toss up, so that’s what I menat by reachable. But I think this is prob more of a fit for you I guess. Good Luck!!

I have thought about what your helpful advice. I can become the captain of the mock trial team this yr due to the graduation of our senior members…I did not put this down due to my own lack of foresight. When I apply I will be actively engaged in this role. Is this role sufficient, because I am more participating in this club because I enjoy it not because of college admissions…we went to state two out of the last three years.

Yeah, that sounds perfect. And make sure to brag about going to state and all of the other successes you have had with groups/clubs/etc… You’re in good shape.
