<p>NYU is going to be basically impossible with those grades. UMass and Northeastern will be reaches. You have the best chance at Suffolk.</p>

<p>It’s hard to tell without SAT scores. But even a 2000+ won’t get you into NYU even if you bring it up.</p>

If you can pull your SAT up to 2200+, your chances will improve, although you will not be “in” anywhere. Focus your essay on how you changed your ways after freshman year.

<p>wow im surprised most of you say NYU is high reach because i thought NYU is 38% acceptance rate. But thanks! I would probably take the ACT too, I know its not important but i think it does look better right?</p>

<p>Your GPA has taken a fairly large hit. Get your score way up, but you need higher grades too. Be passionate with your volunteering, enjoy it! Don’t just do it for colleges. Good luck :)</p>

<p>I think an awesome SAT will totally save your a** . Umass will accept you no doubt . I dont know much about the other schools though .</p>
