I have a 1480 SAT score with 750 math 730 writing, but my weighted GPA is only 3.9

I have academic awards from debate and from the economics challenge and I’m on the It’s academic team
I have taken and am taking lots of AP Classes (Language and Comp, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, AP USH, AP comp gov, AP U.S GOV, AP euro, AP lit and comp, and AP Calc) and on the tests that i took, the first four listed, i got 5, 5, 4, 4 respectively.
I was really confident in my main Coalition app essay and my teacher recs but VT does not accept those. I think my essays are pretty good, but none of them are about architecture, should i rewrite?
