Chance me! Advice too please..

I'm East Asian and come from a relatively crappy public high school in OR. I guess I'm looking at HYPSM, Upenn, and maybe some other non-ivies like UC-Berkley or Duke, etc. Please give me your honest opinion as to my chances at any of these places as well as advice on what I could do to improve them.

I'm currently a Junior in High School, and this year I'm on an exchange in Germany. Most of my standardized testing was taken here, so I might retake some of them, such as the SAT. I also didn't get a chance to do AP/IB.

Hi! I'm going to Germany with the CB scholarship next year; We kind of have similar stats except I'm Engineering and your ECs are better than mine. >.< Anyway, I go to a supposedly good public school in Northern California and your stats look pretty good even in that context. Good luck, and maybe I'll see you at PSM or Berkeley. Well, I can certainly hope! ;D
