Chance me?Advice?

I'm currently a Junior in a public highschool (public but very rigorous) I had some personal problems last year, and a bout of bad teachers leaving me unmotivated, so I'm planning on really bringing up my grades this year.

•Classes/grades: Overall Unweighted:94 Overall Weighted:98.33

I've taken all honors courses available.
I've taken APWH and got a 4 on the test.
I've taken 2 languages

•Junior year classes/grades that I know of (first quarter):
APHumanGeo- no idea about grades, somewhere in the 90s UW though
AP Physics-100 UW
APUSH-between 90-98
Chinese3- around 95 UW (I skipped a year because level2 wouldn't fit in my schedule, will they recognize that as meaningful at all?)
AP English- potential to be very high grade UW
Pre-Calculus- around 95
French 4honors- around 97
Social Science research-prob 100

•I haven't taken my SATs yet, but took the PSATs last year and did well for a sophomore (680eg, 580math,660writing) i'm expecting those scores to go up to about 720,680, 700 on the PSATs I just took, and then go up again for SATs once I start preparing.

•I have very good ECs, some highlights:

I worked the past two summers at a camp for children with special needs
I'm a class officer
I'm in a very prestigious model UN group and have won awards at MUN conferences
various volunteer work
Varsity Badminton (<3)
NWLHS/NHS
I'm planning on doing a summer program at a college this summer, but haven't decided which one.

I guess i shouldn't just list everything right now... you get the point
Plus I'm definitely doing a summer program or internship this summer, not sure where yet.

I feel like I'm a strong writer and will be able to write a good essay.
I will have very good teacher recs.

I know I'm overloading you guys with information about me, but going to Tufts would be a dream. Please tell me what my chances look like. I know it's definitely a reach , s any advice?

It’s really too early, since your junior year grades and test scores will be an important part of your application. You appear to be a very solid applicant, but that’s all that can be said right not.

Yeah I know its really to early to be sure, thanks for replying though!

you probably need better test scores, tufts could be a big reach for you though.

Test scores like the SATs?

Don’t worry about test scores until you actually get them back. I did terribly on the PSAT sophomore year (not to say that you did terribly, you did well), and after my junior year PSAT I was a National Merit Scholar. I have no idea why the huge jump in scores without preparation, but keep in mind that yours will most likely increase and until then (and until you take the SAT), it’s hard to judge where you stand.

Aside from that, I think you have strong grades and good extracurriculars. Good luck!
