Please chance me for Stern RD.

Stern RD? I am sorry but the fact you’re native american and african american might not take you that far. If you’re ACT was about 2 points higher in terms of the composite score, you would have an amazing chance at Stern!

@NuclearPakistan1
I didn’t think my race would really matter much anyway. But it’s funny, on my last chance thread you said I had a slightly higher chance after I posted that I am African American than before when you didn’t know my race …?
Hopefully I can get that 32 in December. I was only one individual subject point away from a 31 on the September
ACT.

Good GPA gets somewhat overshadowed by mediocre test scores. Which is the real you? Are you applying under HEOP? If so you have a really good chance.

The GPA is the real me. I’m just not a very good standardized test taker; they make me too nervous and then I can’t focus like I want to.
Would even a 31 on the ACT make my chances significantly better?

And no, I’m not applying HEOP. I can’t. =/

Two points on the ACT will not be a make or break factor. A 30 is perfectly fine. I think you have a very good shot.

Thanks.
I’m still going to try though. If you calculate it, I’m only one point on any of the individual sections away from a 31 composite. Hopefully I can actually concentrate on the reading next time.

Anyone else?

A 32 would make you a competitive applicant.

At this point, Stern is a reach.
