I am a junior and still in the second quarter of the year. I did not even take any SAT or ACT, so it would not be as accurate it could be. However, I just want a practical view on my academic achievements, what colleges I can apply for in the future and What I have to improve on.

What do you think? Can you give me any college that i should have it in my mind?
Also I want to know if they take my "non-native" speaker part into their consideration?

I do not know my GPA and Class Rank, that is why i posted my average instead of GPA. My counsellor decided to tell me those at the meeting with my parents in 3rd ~ 4th quarter

Computer science, business or astronomy are options you can use to do pre-law, provided you schedule your law school requirements properly. You just can’t attend law school straight out of high school; this isn’t as if you attended a Quebec CEGEP and you wanted to go to a law school in Quebec.

I assume your GPA is close to 4.0 but what state do you live in?

What I list below is what you need to score on the ACT or the SAT.

Baruch (for business): would require a 600 CR/670M or 28+ composite for best chance
Binghamton: again, 28+ composite but here 1950+ on the 2400 scale
Stony Brook: 26+/1860+
Brooklyn College: See Stony Brook
Fordham (business): 1300+ on the 1600 scale or 29+ on the ACT

How about more of higher colleges such as Boston, Carnegie, Brown, or other region college(as long as it is in the northern east coast, it is fine.)

Boston College (I assume you mean Boston College; BU business is more like Fordham as far as “how hard to get in” is concerned): Aim for 33+ on the ACT/2250+ on the SAT
CMU: Aim for 33+ on the ACT/2250+ on the SAT) for best chances once again
Brown: A reach no matter what
NYU Stern: See Boston College
NYU CAS: 31+ on the ACT/2150+ on the SAT

I feel like I needed to advise you on lesser schools first, before moving on to the schools that elicit oohs and aahs on CC (a.k.a. the schools for which people request chances most often).

Or, if you’re an horrible test taker: Bates and Bowdoin are good options but they are the “reaches-for-anyone” of the test-optional world.
