Drexel BS/MD requires that you be within at least the top 10% of your class to have your application be forwarded to the medical school (Villanova and Lehigh require that you be in the top 5% of your class).

However, if your school does not rank, I’m not entirely sure how they will know.

The average accepted student is ranked in the top 1%-5% of their graduating class–that’s not to say that sometimes they will accept people with lower credentials.

Your EC’s and research experience does help you stand out. Drexel BS/MD rates students more holistically than other BS/MD programs.

Don’t forget that although bs/md programs establish a minimum SAT score requirement, don’t assume that you only need to achieve that score to get into the program. The average accepted SAT score is MUCH higher than the minimum requirement (~1500+ for CR and Math combined)

Like what some other posters said, people who say that you are definitely in don’t know the difference between BS/MD programs vs the normal undergrad.
