Chance Me and I will chance back!

I'm an incoming college freshman who is planning on transferring from my current institution after my first year. However I have a low gpa(2.5) from high school and a low ACT score(19) due to a learning disability in mathematics but other then that my record is pretty good, especially in terms of extracurriculars.

Although in terms of my college record which my major is history and political science, everything has been fairly good. I had a GPA at midterms of (3.4) and along with that fairly good grades in all my classes, I have also been told that I am performing above average compared to many fist-year college students. I have also further expanded my extracurricular record, especially in terms of participation in honor's societies, which were mostly off limits to me in high school due to my GPA. With this I have been fairly active in Phi Alpha Theta(History Honors Society) and Sigma Tau Delta(English Honors Society). I have also contributed to a few political activities and community service activities both over the summer entering college and at college. Also things should be even better for me GPA wise next semester since I won't be in many hard introductory classes. Even though my math course level is below average compared to many college students or what they expect at some of the schools I'm applying to.

So if I keep things up and perhaps bring my GPA up even more. As well as continuing to add to my record.

So overall my record in detail is-

High School Record

I will chance back for any responses.
