<p>bump…</p>

<p>Well your GPA is fine but your SAT score is really killing you anf the other tests cant really make up for it. Your ECs are good though. All are reaches.</p>

<p>My thread (chance please): <a href=“Chances for Vanderbilt, UNC, NYU, UF, and Duke? - Chance Me / Match Me! - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1610985-chances-for-vanderbilt-unc-nyu-uf-and-duke-p1.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

<p>You are obviously an amazing student, but you applied to very few schools and all are “wild cards” or “crapshoots” for <em>everyone</em>. It’s really too bad you didn’t also apply to a few more Top25 schools (universities/LACs). Or did you only list these 4 because you’re most worried about them?
You probably stand the best chance of admission there for your country, but it’s impossible to know whether you’ll get into these schools or not. For all you know there is an amazing rowing candidate from Kazakhstan that may tip the balance :s With that record, you could get into all 4 of them, or none.
Have you received a “likely” letter from any college on your list yet?
If you don’t get into these 4, will you take another gap year?</p>
