Please any opinion would be wonderful

ACT is low… raise it to 33+ for a better chance. :)

Yes. You are in at Brown and GTown. The act is good enough considering ur work ethic, which ppl can see from gpa.

^Wrong… I think admission people would choose 3.8gpa with 33 act over 4.0 gpa with 30 act… Because usually the 3.8 people have lots of APs

ok well i just got my june scores back and i got a 32? does that help at all?

It absolutely helps. Regardless, both are difficult to be admitted into regardless of the applicant.

How is your weighted gpa calculated?

in essays explain how your ECs shaped you and you are good
both are probably high match/low reach b/c of ACT

the CP classes are weighted as like “1.00” the honors classes are “1.20” and the Ap classes are weighted “1.25” or something similar to that

You have an amazing gap, your extracurriculars are good, and if you were to have an outstanding essay, you will seal the deal

I think you have a great chance at both Georgetown and Brown. Probably a bigger one at Georgetown, but if you want to seal the deal I would try to raise the ACT scores.

The act is low but your GPA is fantastic. Unfortunately schools like Brown have the luxury of picking applicants from a very large pool, so you might have trouble.

Maybe consider a university that weighs GPA more heavily in its admission process?

My reccomendation for Brown:

Take the SAT I & SAT II Subject Tests.
Brown is more SAT geared, and will complement your GPA better than your 32 ACT!
