I know my UW GPA and SAT scores are low, but hopefully class rank and ECs help me out. What do you guys think of my chances? I'll chance back!

They are all reaches, you are a strong applicant but nothing really makes stand out from the applicant pool. In fact your essays and and recs must be great if you want to have a real chance at any of the schools on your list. Good luck.

Cornell AEM (applied ED) - Low Reach
Georgetown McDonough - Low Reach
NYU Stern - Low Reach
Vanderbilt (I have legacy) - High Match
Duke - Low Reach
UChicago - Low Reach
Dartmouth - Reach
Penn - Reach
Columbia - Reach

You need a safety. Badly. Apply to UF. Sorry, but there’s nothing truly remarkable about your application to these selective schools. Your legacy at Vandy is your best hook. Your GPA and SAT are at the lower end of these schools. Sorry, but you need to reevaluate your list. I wish you the best of luck.

Your class rank puts in context your GPA, although overall it is low compared to the whole applicant pool, some who may have higher GPA’s and go to even more competitive schools. There’s nothing you can do now except do well in your classes this semester and prepare for the RD round if Cornell ED does not come through.

All these schools are unpredictable, and as TheKongo said, you definitely need a safety and a couple of matches to go with your likely. It is likely for you and any other applicant to be rejected from all those schools on your list.
