SAT - Math:770, CR:560, W:570(Hoping to raise CR &W)

The letter grade translations were done by myself, but IB is considered much more difficult than the American system.

These subject choices are the most rigorous in the IB diploma.

I had a research internship at my field of interest and the supervisor will be writing me a recommendation letter.

I am doing a research myself and I will be sending in the abstract with the application.

How good is my list?

Where are you from? Academics aside, it seems like a pretty big deal to be invited by National Geographic. If you won awards at LA film and they were pretty big (aka you beat out other films and you weren’t the only in your category) you’re very appealing to colleges. Raise your SAT and try taking an SAT II? As long as you present yourself as this passionate student who has had much experience with nature and is recognized for that by international television channels, you’ll be fine in my opinion.

Chance me back please?

I forgot to include that. I took two SAT II subjects. Math 2 - 730, physics 700.

Great profile! If you shoot for 2100+ on the SAT, your list will be very realistic :)

Good luck!

Cornell ED - mid reach
UCB - mid reach
UCLA - high match

I agree with safeties. If you apply for engineering they might not be that safe, it’s competitive there.

Like others have said, up the test scores. A 770 in math is great and gives you a lot of room to improve in the others.

Cornell ED - Reach
UCB - Low reach / High match
UCLA - Low reach / High match
Purdue: Low match
Penn state: Safety
UIUC: Match

Just improve that SAT and you’ll be good!
