<p>My father is active duty Air Force and we are stationed overseas in Germany. In addition to feedback regarding my chances...could anyone advise me on which Test scores I should submit? Any/All Feedback is encouraged and appreciated.</p>

<p>Your SAT and ACT are both way too low for UMich engineering or business school. It would definitely be a reach for you (even if you are applying LSA as in state, they are still too low).
UNC and VA Tech are also reach for you.
Your ACT and SAT scores are very comparable.</p>
