uchicago: good chance, i think your GPA and test scores are fine, and your ECs are not that strong but you  said you live in a small town so really not much to do. legacy will help
I think you have a very high chance of getting into UChicago, Georgetown, and Norte Dame. Yale and Brown, like all the other Ivys, are highly competitive, but I would encourage you to try! I think they’re both schools you can get into 
The Ivies and UChicago are reaches for everyone (goes without saying). However, you have awesome grades and test scores. You have good ECs, but in my opinion they are a taaddddd low for those top schools.
However I think you have a good chance of getting into one of the aforementioned schools, and almost a 100% chance of getting into at least one of the schools you mentioned.
