Chance Me and I'll Chance You II

Hey everybody, sorry if my question is entirely redundant, but what do you guys think?

I go to a Catholic college prep school in Columbus Ohio, ranked among the top 5% in the US.

I have a 3.6 Accum weighted (Don't know what it is unweighted)
My classes are -

English - AP English Lit./Comp., AP English Lang., Fr and So. English
Math - Algebra I/II, Hs. Geom., PreCalc AB
Hist. - American Hist, Economics, Government, World Hist.
Science - Intro. to phys./chem., Biology, HS Chem., HS Physics, AP Bio
Lang. - Latin I/II, Spanish I/II, French I/II
Religion - Fr., So., Jr (Morality), Sr. (Comparative Religion)

I consistently get B/B+ grades, but my grades are significantly deflated because of my curriculum. We lose roughly 50% of our class after Fr. yr., most of whom earn 4.0+ at other parochial/public schools. Our Regular level classes are similar to HS classes elsewhere, our HS classes AP, and our AP college courses. My English Lit. is the same Soph. class they teach at kenyon, and my Bio the same So. class at Miami of Ohio. We send at least half of our class to OSU, (which is pretty good, I think)

Acivities -
Tennis - 2nd singles, MVP, Captain, 1st team all league
St. Vincent de Paul volunteer this summer
Appalachia service trip (Environmental camp)
Altar Serving
National Honor Society
School language tutor
I teach myself foreign languages - I study Spanish, English, Japanese, Italian, and French as a hobby
Joined Rotary Club this year
Joined Environmental Service Club this year
Etc.

Scores -
AP English Lang. - 5
SATI - - - - CR- 680 M- 650 WR- 740
No ACT
SAT II BioE/Lit to come in January

ETC -
I am a WFU legacy - my dad went to med school
I applied ED to Wake, visited, etc.

Essay is about saving my Alzheimers-ridden grandpa from choking on a piece of beef (unique, huh? XD)
I am 1/4 Japanese (probably not significant)

I was deferred ED at Wake (arrgh) but I'm keeping it my first choice...

But how about - - -

Northeastern
Boston College (dream)
Southern Methodist (went EA, should hear VERY soon)
TCU
Loyola Chicago
William and Mary (super reach OOS)
U Miami (applied EA)

Anyone have any other schools that would be good picks to match my stats? I'm looking for maybe one more "low reach/high match"-type schools with a really nice campus setting and a decent biz school.

Thank you all for your patience and help, I really really appreciate it

Deal...but i don't know alot about all of them....
I would say undoubtedly in at loyola and Miami. Your right boston college and W&M are reaches (your gpa is too low). Really don't know ne thing about southern methodist, tcu or northestern.
now chance me! or at least to ones u think u no...

Ohio resident
Father is an alumni at Virginia Tech
SAT Math: 660
SAT Verbal: 690
SAT Writing: 640 (11 on the essay)
Weighted GPA 3.78
Taken a tough course schedule, lots of honors courses and currently taking AP Chemistry and AP Literature
National Honor Society
Treasurer of Mu Alpha Theta
Lots of community service and work experience
decent to strong recomendations

Where do you want to go? If it's Va Tech, I'd say you've got a good shot because of your scores.
BTW, bravo to a fellow Ohioan. Where do you live?

My schools:
Virginia Tech
Clemson
Ohio State (accepted and into honors college)
Auburn (accepted)
Rose-Hulman (deferred)

and btw i hope u meant miami ohio, but i think u would get into miami florida as well

I live in Cincinnati, and right back at ya....Why not Ohio State?

No, sorry, I meant Florida XD
Conveniently molds into my answer for not choosing OSU - the weather!!!

Also, I'm not real impressed with the campus, especially with the crime (house break-ins) that have been rampant in recent weeks

Anyway,

Virginia Tech - Low reach
Clemson - Low reach
Ohio State (accepted and into honors college) - well, uh, nothing to predict
Auburn (accepted) - ditto
Rose-Hulman (deferred) - not too familiar with it

BTW, if you're looking for drop-dead beautiful campuses, look at SMU. It's in the heart of Dallas, and it's campus is like a giant country club XD

cool man... good luck to you

Oops... I forgot U of wisconsin.... care to chance there?

Lol i applied to university of miami too. have you heard of ohio northern? I'm also applying there. i'd say you have a good chance at all the schools except W+M, wake might be a slight reach but I think you'll get in. Good luck

Thank you everyone for the chances;

esmitty, I'm not too familiar w/ Wisconsin. I know it's becoming a big name state school (trying to compete w/ Cal Berekley et al). Somewhere, I found a grid w/ SATs,/GPAs and acceptance %; can;'t remember specifics though.

altoids, Miami's climate would be very nice in contrast to that of Columbus, lol. I have a friend who goes to ON and says it's ridiculously easy because of the preparation he recieved at our HS. He loves the school though, and loves the campus/student life.
