I think you will probably get into all of the UC’s and the other schools on your list with the exceptions of UMich and Cornell (those will be reaches). You will probably have a better chance at UMich than at Cornell, but neither school will be too high of a reach for you. I wish you the best of luck!

Cornell University - reach/high reach
University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) - low reach
University of Wisconsin (Madison) - match
Ohio State University (Columbus) - match
University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) ED - low reach
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (SLO) - match
Reed College - match
University of Washington (Seattle) - high match
Your lack of significant ECs will hurt you for the higher level schools, but as others have said, schools like UCs and Cal Poly focus more on numbers (where you are pretty solid.)
