<p>Don't let anything get you down. My GPA was not as good as yours, but I did a lot of leadership, activities, community service... Be honest in all your application elements, and you'll be fine!</p>

<p>Minority status should not affect UCSD admissions and, given the fact that UCSD has the lowest number of African Americans in UC, I don't think they practice a backdoor to affirmative action either. It's also nearly 400 points less than the average, but still, I guess its possible oO;;</p>
