Chance me and I'll gladly chance back! :)

I'm a junior but I am trying to come up with a list of colleges and I'd greatly appreciate any help and suggestions. Here are my stats.

GPA: 3.9 (our school rounds to the tenths place)
SAT: 2170 but will retake (770 M, 790 W, 610 CR :P)
SAT II: 800 math 2, 730 chem (will retake)
APs: Euro History (4) as a sophomore; taking BC Calc, US History, and Physics C Mechanics this year
200+ hours of volunteer service
Work: I'm a tutor but I will get another job
ECs: Accepted into Area All State orchestra and was principal violin, co-president/founder of a charity club, an editor of school literary magazine, and much more.

I hope to get into Columbia. Do I have a chance? Also can anyone recommend any good schools that fit my stats? I'm trying to come up with a list so I can start doing college visiting during winter break. I want to go to college in the northeast. Also, just curious is it harder for American students to get into schools in the US or schools in England? I am thinking of maybe going abroad. Thanks!

Columbia will be a reach, but I don’t think its entirely impossible. It’s just that Ivies get so many outstanding students, that unless you have something that puts you ahead, its hard to get in. I think you’d be a good fit for Brown, Duke, University of Michigan, NYU, CMU, although I don’t know what field you want to go into. Chance me?

^Thank you for your suggestions! I did not put everything about me in the post because many people in my school are on CC and they are super competitive so I don’t want them to find out that it is me. I think I have some pretty strong ECs and I think I am very passionate towards the field I want to go into. I know my SAT isn’t great but I will retake it and I think I will get 2300+. I just had a really bad day the day of the test so I really messed up the CR. But thank you anyway for your college suggestions. I’d be happy to chance you! Which thread is it?
