<p>UNC out-of-state, UVA out-of-state, Berkeley out-of-state, Penn, and Chicago aren’t sure bets. the others shouldn’t be too tough.</p>

<p>For your friend- race should make it so that he can get into those schools. I’m not too familiar with moorehead, but since he’s in state for UCF he can get in, and I’m pretty familiar with UMD (lived about half an hour from there until 3 years ago), and he can probably get in there as well</p>

<p>The only problem I can see with going out of state will be the fees. What do I need to make sure I can get into at least one of the OOS’s i listed?</p>
