Chance me! - and question

<p>I have a 3.5 GPA and got a 27 on my ACT. I did pretty well in the reading section - I got a 30 in the reading section and 10/12 on my writing. I am a member of National Honor Society, Language Club, Almeda(volunteer group at my school) and have played varsity basketball for 3 years.
I am going to look at Bucknell soon, and am considering doing ED if I feel like it’s ‘the one’ (have heard that chances for admission through ED are much higher) Is that my best option? </p>

<p>My question: I am from a small town and was sort of hoping to go to a school near a bigger area to experience that. Is Bucknell too isolated? Or will the social scene/Lewisburg be enough? </p>

<p>Early decision passed it was November 15th. Hard to say how you will do. May have a better shot at Lafayette, St. Lawrence, Muhlenberg and Dickinson.</p>
