Chance me, anyone?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could give their opinion on my chance of being accepted to Swat...I'm going to apply ED because I LOVE the school so much:
GPA: 4.18 (weighted)
SAT: 2290 (730 CR, 760 M, 800 W), but I think I'm going to take it again just in case...
SAT IIs: Biology E 800, Math (level 2) 790, and I'll be taking French in September
APs: Chemistry-4, Biology-5, Music Theory-5, English Language & Comp.-5
Race: Biracial (black and white)
Gender: Female
ECs: 8 years of karate (I'm a brown belt), 4 years of choir, 5 years of theatre (acting and stage crew), Big Brothers Big Sisters, 2 years of volunteering at a wildlife refuge for 4 hours a week, helping my mom run her family daycare business (helping take care of the kids, mostly), 4 years in my school's GSA, 3 years of transcribing podcasts for mugglenet.com. I guess I do a lot of stuff....
Honors: AP Honor Scholar, French Honor Society, Math Honor Society, Thespian Honor Society, planning to apply for NHS this September.

This year I'm taking AP French, AP Gov, AP Calc BC, AP English Literature & Comp, Animal Science, Forensics, Child Care, and Intro to Java, as well as Chamber Choir, Show Choir (after school).

Ummm...methinks that is all...I'm not sure what I want to major in; at this point I'm thinking either Bio or Political Science, or both, but I have no idea..

THANKS!!!

…hello? Anyone?

altolove, imho, you look like a strong candidate. Your success as an applicant will come down to demonstrating that love for Swat in your “Why Swat?” essay. This could be a passionate love poem for the school, but laying out the specific qualities/offerings that attracted you to Swat and the ways you see yourself contributing to the community here is also a smart way to go about it. Keeping your grades up senior year will resonate positively with the adcom as well. Good luck!

Thanks!! I’ve started planning my Why Swat? essay, but I think I’m going to visit the school again in Sept. so I can improve it…

anyone else care to give their input?

i think youre a really strong candidate! but what is your uw gpa because my uw is a 3.52 but weighted is a 4.3…good luck with everything!
