chance me - application already submitted.

I'm really new here, so forgive me if I do this wrong, lol.

I submitted my application on the 11th of November, as well as mailed my supporting documents. My electronic documents processed on the 12th, my mailed documents on the 18th, and my transcript (no clue why, it was with all of my paper stuff) the 24th. I submitted 2 letters of reccomendation ( 1 from a teacher, 1 from my neurologist who's an a&m alum) and a resume. I am HEAVILY involved with extra cirriculars, and in ap classes as well. My gpa on a 4.0 scale is 3.591 and I am ranked in the top 13% of my class (smaller senior class)

Here's my problem - standardized tests. I don't do well with tests as it is, but I really didn't do as well as I would have liked. I made a 1700 on my SAT (540 critical reading, 550 math, 610 writing) and I won't even post my act because it was AWFUL. I feel like my horrible act score will count against me, but I have no clue.

Anyway, I've been on step 3 since November 25th. I'm wishing, hoping, and praying that I'll move to step 4 soon.

What do you guys think? I'd love to know :)

From what I hear, Texas is really anal about your class rank. Top 13% is most impressive, so I say you got a good shot…but then again what do I know?

I just found out I was accepted today, I was in the top 33% of my class at a super competitive school with a gpa of 3.3 on a 4pt. scale, , had lots and lots of extracurriculars, and my sat was a 1940 and act was a 30, I’m sure you’ll get in,
