Hi! I’m kinda a weird case so if you manage to actually read through all this I’d be super grateful!
Where I’m applying:
Amherst, Brown, Chapman, Colby, Cornell, Mount Holyoke, Pitzer, Scripps, Smith, George Washington U, UCB, UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, UCSC, Wellesley, Wesleyan.

UCSB: accepted
A few unique things first:
-I graduated high school two years early with the CHSPE (California High School Proficiency exam)
-Was homeschooled my whole life except for freshman year of high school, I believe my GPA was an upward 3.9? My GPA in homeschool was 4.0.
-I have, after graduating early, finished community college in a year and a half (rather than two) in what would have been my second semester HS Junior year and Senior year.
School: California Community / two-year college
GPA: 4.0
Major: Political Science, IGETC certified, will graduate with AA-T (applying with second choice major as Phil)
ACT/SAT: None. Most schools don’t want them for transfers and only a few accept them at all.
AP: No AP or IB (homeschooled)
Courseload: Really heavy. Right now I am taking 24 semester units.
Midterm report: All As
Letters of rec: Three in total. One from my English teacher–and employer–who likes me and writes well. The second from my counselor who knows me and my stats well. I have also submitted an optional letter of recommendation from my other boss, I was able to review that letter and it was very positive.
