Chance me as a transfer ?

<p>Hi,
I am an international student from saudi arabia. Well, im not really sure how the transferring process goes but all i know that its really tough so i just wanted to know my chances of transferring to MIT or Stanford even though i dont have my hopes high due to the status that i'll have by the end of the year,</p>

<p>I am currently studying at McGill University for electrical engineering and i can predict my status by the end of this year to be:</p>

<p>GPA: 4.0
High School GPA: (what are those in a 4.0 scale?)
12th grade: 97.7%
11th grade: 96%
10th grade 96%
SAT II: Math:700, Physics:700
SAT I: Math 700
TOEFL IBT: 100</p>

<ul>
<li>got the 1st place in the ping pong tournament that was held by the saudi airlines company.</li>
<li>10 hours doing community service
**and ill have more of those by the time this year ends.</li>
</ul>

<p>If you guys think that I have no chance of getting to one of those two as a transfer, what would you recommend me to put in mind with such status?</p>

<p>Stanford takes around 20 transfers a year. I have no idea how many people apply, but you can be sure its a lot.</p>

<p>Dude, don't put that you did 10 freakin hours of community service. That would show a considerable lack of self-awareness. Besides, nobody cares about how much you do, they would much rather hear about what you did.</p>
