Chance me as an international

I was born in Indonesia and attended various schools in U.S. for 7 years. I have no legacies of sort and no other apparent hooks. What are my chances for Princeton, Williams, Cooper Union, Vassar, and UNC chapel hill (in-state)?

GPA: 4.8 W 3.8 UW
Rank: 12/351
ACT: 26 (I know that it's low, please disregard this score until I can bring it up to around 30 or so)
SAT math 2: 780
AP: 1 five, 2 fours, and 2 threes
Extracurricular: band, chess club, environmental club, interact
Volunteer: solid hours at the local planetarium
Work: host/cashier at a restaunrant
Honors: NC Governor's school, summer ventures, all-district band, and numerous school awards

Just for clarification: are you actually applying as an international (F-1) student, or are you a US citizen or permanent resident born abroad?

I am sure you know that even a 30 on the ACT is on the low side for Princeton and Williams - in particular if you are applying with the ACT only. Most students admitted to these colleges submit both ACT and SAT scores.

Okay, if I magically pulled a perfect 36, would I be considered taking into account s my EC and GPA?

don’t you need to take another SAT II?
and 3.8 unweighted GPA is a bit low…
assuming that you have solid ECs and boost your ACT to above 33
I guess your chances for Cooper Union will be pretty good.

your selection of schools kinda baffles me.. vassar and cooper union seems totally different (at least to me)
