Common App is unique, wrote about russian american tension and the rejection of one culture over another.
The Penn essay is based of an inspiring Penn ted talker who is currently a professor and how I wish to work in her lab. </p>

<li>Also an art major in high school ( which takes up 3 periods a day.) I’ve won several art awards and although I do not plan on pursuing art as a major, I intend to take art classes, perhaps as a minor. If this matters, my high school is one and a half hours away from home. It’s also highly selective ( based on an audition.) My day is ten periods long; I come home daily at around 6 three times a week, at 9 two times a week.</li>
