Chance Me at Bates Please!!!!

I’m currently a senior at a very competitive high school in Connecticut. Bates has been one of my top choices for colleges, but I’m not sure whether or not I would be able to get in.

For the new writing section of the ACT, I got a 30 out of 36, 10 out of 12 on previous tests

You will push a lot of buttons, academic and athletic. So, looks like a nice application. Last year in RD the acceptance rate was 17.8% and the average ACT was 32. I think because of athletics you are a great candidate.

Make sure you do the track recruiting questionnaire.

Your application looks incredible! I think you have an amazing chance of being admitted. Apply as early as you can, stay up to date with everything, and continue to excel in your classes and extracurriculars. Also, if you have a campus visit or open house under your belt, that will definitely help. Finally, apply as early as you can to boost your chances. Good luck!!!
