Why aren’t you applying to Columbia ED instead of Rice?

I’m not EDing to Columbia because it’s a longshot and I’d be thrilled to go to Rice anyway. I want to be strategic with my ED and the ED to Columbia would barely help my already slim chance.

Yeah i think you have a chance at most of those. Columbia would definitely be the hardest to get into. I wouldn’t bet on it. I’m almost positive you’ll get into Rice, and you would really like it there. Good luck!
