<p>I'm just a junior, so I have some info missing. But is it worth applying to here or Stanford?</p>

<p>I'm from the Northeast, white male</p>

<p>GPA (UW): 3.9
GPA (W): 4.64
Rank: 8/285
These will probably go up slightly over this semester and next year, but nothing huge.</p>

<p>Test Scores:
PSAT: 224 (Math: 78, Writing 80, CR 66)
SAT to be taken in May (I've worked on the Critical Reading a bunch so that should be better)
SAT II: Biology-770 (More to be taken in June)
AP: Biology- 5
*My school doesn't offer many AP's to underclassmen. I've taken the most rigorous classes possible so far.</p>

<p>I suggest taking stat, it’s a pretty easy class. I dont know much about Cornell, so i can’t really help you. But you sat scores seem average. Its probably gonna help that your mom went to cornell. Good luck</p>

<p>I think Cornell could be a High Match/Low Reach especially since your mom worked there.
Your GPA/Class Rank is good, you scores are great, but your EC’s may be lacking as they don’t portray much interest in engineering…Ivy Leagues can be pretty unpredictable but I would say you have just as good of a chance as everyone else.</p>
